Westby is a small town between LaCrosse and Madison Wisconsin with a strong Norwegian Heritage. Many emigrants from Norway settled here including Lars Onsrud about 1852.

Friday afternoon and evening registration is at the Banquet Room of the Nordic Lanes Bar and Grill (608) 634-3985. Informal get together starts there. Some may move to the Old Town Inn Supper Club (608) 634-3991.
